Stephen Neal - Executive Director, Founder

Stephen Neal is the Founder and Executive Director of Consider the Poor (CTP).  CTP was officially recognized as a 501c3 in 2014 with a mission to encourage generous giving (Individual Service), coming together to meet the needs of others (Collective Service), and broadcasting the needs of the poor (Collective Voice). 

CTP is an extension of Stephen’s passion to alleviate the suffering of those in need.  He has served in various leadership roles in nonprofit organizations and churches with a focus on helping and lifting others up.  In additional to this role Stephen is a Plant Manager for Commercial Vehicle Group, a supplier to the automotive and truck industry.  He brings with him into the nonprofit sector experience in operational excellence, breakthrough performance and building sustainable systems.
