For years Pastor Ravindra Babu would see children wandering in the streets. They had no one to care for them or give them food. As he prayed about this, God laid on his heart to provide them with food, shelter, education and spiritual development. This led to the formation of Hope Home, an orphanage currently home to 18 children in Andhra Pradesh, India. Some of these children have experienced the loss of either one or both parents, or even been abandoned, but here they recieve love and have a place to call home.

The children are in need of food to help meet their basic daily needs. Can you imagine being hungry and not going to the kitchen to find food? Can you imagine having days where food is scarce? The children have the love and support they need, but also need the healthy levels of food that all growing children do. Could you help us provide food for these beautiful children? Pastor Babu has received several requests to take in more children to Hope Home, but they're unable to do so without financial means to support. Current costs to feed the children are just $800 each month. With consistent donor support they can safely feed the current 18 each month and take in more! Providing the Children with a Future! How can the children escape poverty without an education? How can the most be made from their education without the basic supplies? During my trip to Tenali, India visited the children early in the week, and again on Friday night. Even on Friday night I found them diligently working together on their studies. They want to be doctors, lawyers, engineers, teachers, police officers, serve in public transportation, and the military. Could you be one of the ones to help them get there by providing for their school supplies? These children are so grateful for everything and well mannered. I can imagine how this could help change their lives. Every June the children start school again with a need of $80 per child to purchase the basic school supplies.
